A while back we announced a challenge. First-ever challenge hosted by us, in fact. The Special Topics in Calamity Physics Challenge (SPCPC for short). Well, this here is the Official Special Topics in Calamity Physics Challenge Page. OSPCPCP, if you wish. I'd rather you didn't, 'cause that's one acronym that isn't helping any.

Anyhoo, the idea is this: The Special Topics in Calamity Physics had chapters named after books. And the book was arranged as a Required Reading list for a class in literature. So, that there Required Reading list is your challenge. Each book will give you points, according to the list below.


50 points:

Depending on the points gathered, you'll then achieve levels according to this:
Freshman 0-200 points
Sophomore 201-400 points
Senior 401-600 points
Undergraduate 601-800 points
Graduate 801-900 points
PhD 901-950 points

Simple? It is! The Challenge runs from 1.1.2010 until 31.3.2010.
